VAT) and €0.05 per redemption; for larger volumes we agree a price together. - The white-label setup is custom work on top of the module and comes with pricing on request. But some municipalities and business associations want to go further: to card holders and shops, the card should feel like a fully independent product — not like "something on a platform". For them, the city card module can be delivered **as fully white-label custom work** — on request, so that your card, your name and your domain take centre stage while MijnEvent runs invisibly as the technology underneath. # What white label means The white-label setup covers three things at once: 1. **Your own domain name.** The card lives at its own address, for example *citycard-yourtown.com*. Buying, checking the balance and topping up — everything happens on your domain, not on a MijnEvent subdomain. 2. **Fully your own branding.** Logo, colours and name, applied consistently: the emails card holders receive and the shop environment where participating businesses scan vouchers carry your branding too. 3. **No MijnEvent references.** Card holders and shops see no MijnEvent logo, name or links anywhere. To the outside world, the card is one hundred percent yours. This setup isn't a button in the admin: it's deliberately custom work that we set up per programme. You request it, and we configure the domain, branding and emails to measure. # Who this is for White label is not a goal in itself — for most programmes the regular setup with an own name, photo and logo is more than enough. But there are situations where it makes the difference: - **Municipalities with strict brand guidelines**, where all resident communication must fall under the municipality's identity — including a card for volunteers or low-income households. - **Business associations marketing the card as their own product**, with their own campaigns, print materials and a domain name that goes on posters and shopping bags. - **Programmes with an established brand name** that has been around for years: the card has a reputation, and that reputation shouldn't suddenly live somewhere else. # The same engine underneath Important to know: under its own wrapper, nothing changes in what the system can do. And under your own name too, the most important question for any city card stays the same: where does the balance sit, and what happens to it if things go wrong? For reference, first the regular pricing of the city card module: a **yearly licence of €499 per year for a limited time** (normally €1,250) plus **€0.35 per issued or topped-up card**, all amounts including VAT. That €499 is a recurring yearly amount, not a one-off setup. On top of that there's €0.05 per redemption, withheld automatically on the next card that is bought or topped up. For larger volumes we agree a price together.
