For golf clubs, MijnEvent handles online registration for golf days, sponsor tournaments, club championships and the open day, at a flat rate of €0.50 per registration (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event) with no subscription or setup costs. You set up flights and tee times as separate ticket types with their own capacity, so each tee time holds exactly the right number of players and a full flight closes automatically. Guests pay the green fee, while members receive their member rate through a discount code; both buy in advance through your own page such as yourgolfclub.mijnevent.nl and settle by iDEAL | Wero. Players register with their handicap or as a team, and at a sponsor tournament you sell hole sponsorship as its own ticket type alongside the participation slots. The proceeds run through the club's own Mollie account and land directly in the club account, well before the shotgun start. On arrival the committee scans the QR codes with a phone, with no view of finances, and with the CSV export you have the start list per flight complete for the caddie master. A flat rate of €0.50 per paid registration (incl. VAT), with no subscription or setup costs. The amount is a fixed sum per slot and does not fall with the green fee or a discount code. A free clinic on the open day is always entirely fee-free. Selling more than roughly sixty tickets per event? Then the Organiser plan (€14.95 once per event) at €0.25 per ticket works out cheaper. ## How do we handle flights and tee times? You create each tee time or flight as its own ticket type with its own capacity, for example four slots per flight. As soon as a tee time is full it closes automatically, while other tee times stay open for registration. ## Can members and guests pay a different rate? Yes. Guests pay the green fee as the regular price, and with a discount code you give members their own member rate on the same registration page. You share the code in member communications. ## At our sponsor tournament sponsors attach to a hole — can that be separate? Yes. You set up hole sponsorship as a separate ticket type with its own price and capacity, apart from the participation slots.
