As a service club of young entrepreneurs you run a networking dinner for members alongside a public charity night, both arranged from the same subdomain such as yourtable.mijnevent.nl. You set the difference between member and guest rates with a discount code: members get the lower rate through a code, guests pay the regular price, and the discount changes nothing about the fixed fee per ticket. You keep a private members' night out of the shop window by not publishing the event and sharing the link only in the table app. Visitors pay in advance with iDEAL | Wero and the proceeds land directly in the table account via its own Mollie account. A flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold (incl. VAT), with no subscription or start-up costs. For a larger charity night, the Organiser plan (€14.95 per event, €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from roughly 60 tickets onwards. ## How do we arrange a lower member rate? You create a discount code that members get through the table app; with it they pay the member rate and guests the regular price. The flat fee of €0.50 per ticket stays the same, because it does not drop due to a discount code. Selling more than roughly sixty tickets per event? Then the Organiser plan (€14.95 once per event) at €0.25 per ticket works out cheaper. ## Can we keep a night private for members only? Yes. Do not publish the event and it appears nowhere publicly, then share the direct link only in the private table app. That keeps a members' night private while an open charity night does stay findable. ## A member sometimes brings a guest along — can we set a separate rate for that? Yes, create a guest ticket as a separate ticket type at its own price, optionally with its own capacity so the number of guests stays manageable.
