For amateur and semi-professional theatre companies, MijnEvent handles ticket sales for your show, premiere or try-out at a flat rate of €0.50 per paid ticket sold (or €0.25 on the Organiser plan at €14.95 per event), with no subscription. If you play the same production on multiple dates, you create a separate ticket type or event for each performance date, each with its own capacity to match that night's hall. That way you sell each performance full separately without overbooking a single night. You give the premiere its own price alongside the regular performances, and you put the try-out on the market at a lower amount. Friends-pass holders receive their discount at checkout through a discount code. Visitors buy online in advance through your own subdomain, pay by iDEAL | Wero and immediately receive their ticket with a QR code by email. At the door you check everyone in with an ordinary phone. The proceeds land directly in the company's account through your own Mollie account. If you play a run of well-attended performances, the organiser subscription (€14.95 once per event plus €0.25 per ticket) is cheaper from around 60 tickets per night. ## How do I sell tickets for multiple performance dates? You build the floor plan once — sections, rows and seats — and attach it to every performance date, after which the visitor picks their own spot on a zoomable floor plan or in an equally complete list view. Wheelchair spaces come with a fixed companion seat, and the "show accessible seats" filter shows straight away which seats those are. The chosen seat appears on the ticket and in the wallet, and the inspector sees it when scanning. If your plan only exists on paper or in a pdf, send it to us and we set the hall up free of charge; the module currently costs nothing.
