Short answer

## What will you find in the MijnEvent knowledge base?

The MijnEvent knowledge base is the public manual for the platform: 99 articles with step-by-step explanations for organisers and visitors, spread across 9 categories — getting started, events, tickets, payments, resale, accessibility, privacy & security, modules and integrations. You search by keyword or filter by category, and every article states its reading time. All articles are freely accessible, without an account or login. The most common question is answered right here: selling through MijnEvent costs a flat fee per paid ticket of €0.50 incl. VAT on Pay as you go, or €0.25 plus €14.95 once per event on the Organizer plan. Free tickets are always free of charge. Payments run through your own Mollie account, so the revenue lands with you directly; on top of that Mollie charges €0.32 per successful iDEAL | Wero transaction, per order and not per ticket. If you get stuck, we reply within one working day.
