On top of that you activate exactly the modules that fit your organisation — from rentals to cashless payments, all on the same account, the same dashboard and the same fair pricing. All modules Short answer ## What are modules on MijnEvent? Modules are extensions you switch on top of ticket sales, on the same account, with the same Mollie connection and in the same dashboard. There are 15 of them, 13 of which are available today: from rentals & reservations, reserved seating and merchandise to food trucks, parking, memberships, courses, donations, local vouchers & city cards, safety & permits, newsletters and attendee mailings. Every module has its own pricing model: per use (for example €0.50 per merchandise order, €0.35 per food truck order or €0.75 per parking reservation), a yearly licence with a lower rate per transaction, a yearly setup fee, or free — reserved seating, safety & permits and the newsletter integration cost nothing extra, and on donations we charge a 0% fee. Rentals charge €5.00 per booking, or €0.50 per booking with the €149 yearly licence. Your ticket price does not change: that stays €0.50 or €0.25 incl. VAT per paid ticket. Frequently asked questions ## Frequently asked questions ## What does a module cost? That differs per module. There are four pricing models: a flat amount per use (such as €0.50 per merchandise order or €0.35 per food truck order), a yearly licence with a lower amount per transaction, a yearly setup fee, and free. Reserved seating, safety & permits and the newsletter integration are included, and on donations we charge a 0% fee. The price is stated on every module page. ## Do I have to take all modules? No. You only activate what you need. Modules that are switched off do not appear in your dashboard and cost you nothing. Ticket sales work perfectly well without a single module. ## Does my ticket price change when I switch on a module? No. The fee per paid ticket stays €0.50 incl. VAT on Pay as you go or €0.25 on the Organizer plan. A module has its own rate per booking, order or reservation; the two are separate. ## How do I activate a module? In consultation. You get in touch, we look at what fits and switch the module on within your existing account. There is no migration, no second system and no new login screen — the module simply appears in the dashboard you already use. ## Where does the money from a module land? In the same place as your ticket revenue: your own Mollie account, so straight into your own bank account. All amounts are incl. VAT and exclude the transaction costs Mollie charges — those run through your own Mollie account, outside MijnEvent. ## I am missing a module. Can it be built? Often, yes.
