  The cashless module replaces plastic tokens and paper punch cards with a digital balance per visitor. Visitors top up in advance or on site with iDEAL | Wero and pay at the bar or food stall by having their QR or wallet pass scanned — or they pay on the Mollie card terminal MijnEvent already supports. Afterwards, any remaining balance is refunded automatically; nobody queues at a token return booth and nobody is left with unused tokens. You see live revenue per point of sale, carry no cash risk and never count coins again. Works in euros or your own token currency, even with poor connectivity on the festival field. Built for festivals, parades, village and club parties, food festivals and multi-day events.

3. 3 Every balance change is written to a tamper-proof ledger — the balance is always right

 Flat fee €0.35 per top-up 

 From 10,000 €0.28 per top-up 

 From 50,000 €0.21 per top-up 

- At higher volume the fee drops automatically; large volumes on request.
- Spending at the bar and remaining-balance refunds are always fee-free — never a percentage of your bar revenue.

All amounts incl. VAT and excluding the transaction fees Mollie charges — those run directly through your own Mollie account, outside MijnEvent. Every fee is a flat amount per unit and can be tailored per organisation.

## How does cashless payment work at my event?

## What happens to the remaining balance afterwards?

  It is refunded automatically. No queue at a token return booth and nobody is left with unused tokens.

  €0.35 per top-up, excluding the transaction fees Mollie charges for the top-up (iDEAL | Wero). Spending at the bar and remaining-balance refunds are always fee-free — never a percentage of your bar revenue.
