  The courses module handles sign-ups for everything that consists of multiple sessions: workshops, course series, trainings and recurring classes. Participants sign up online and pay for the whole series at once with iDEAL | Wero. Paying in instalments is not part of the standard module; we build it on request. You set the group size per cohort; once a group is full, the next sign-up automatically joins the waiting list and gets notified when a spot opens up. For every session you have an attendance list at hand, so you know exactly who showed up. Course fees land directly in your own Mollie account, with a low flat fee per sign-up — not per session. Built for studios, gyms, music schools, cooking studios, community organisations and anyone working with fixed groups.

## From enrolment to final class

1. 1 Publish a course with a photo, level, instructor and a lesson schedule per group
2. 2 The participant signs up once for the whole series and pays with iDEAL | Wero
3. 3 The series pass with QR and the full lesson overview lands in their inbox
4. 4 The pass is valid for every lesson; the participant list lives in the dashboard

 From 1,000 €0.40 per enrollment — not per session

- At higher volume the fee drops automatically; large volumes on request.
- Free series are always fee-free.

All amounts incl. VAT and excluding the transaction fees Mollie charges — those run directly through your own Mollie account, outside MijnEvent. Every fee is a flat amount per unit and can be tailored per organisation.

## What kind of courses is the module for?

  For everything that consists of multiple sessions: workshops, course series, trainings and recurring classes. Participants sign up online and pay for the whole series at once with iDEAL | Wero.

## What happens when a group is full?

  The next sign-up automatically joins the waiting list. When a spot opens up — someone withdraws, a payment fails or you enlarge the group — the invitation goes to whoever is first in line, and that spot stays reserved for them for 48 hours. If they do not sign up in time, the invitation moves on to the next person. You set the maximum group size per cohort yourself.

## Can I track attendance?

  Yes. For every session you have an attendance list at hand, so you know exactly who showed up and who did not.

## Can a participant pay in instalments?

  Not as standard. We build instalment payments on request: tell us what you need and we will discuss the cost and the timeline.

## What does the courses module cost?

  €0.50 per enrollment — not per session. Free series are always fee-free and it is never a percentage.
