  With the food truck module, visitors order in two ways: by QR on their own phone (pick from the menu, pay with iDEAL | Wero or wallet balance) or simply at the counter — every truck has its own register screen where the operator takes the order and settles it with cash, their own card machine or the Mollie payment terminal. Both flows share the same queue numbers and the same kitchen display. Invite the operator by email and they manage their own orders, menu availability and register in their own mobile portal — without access to your admin area. Online revenue runs through the organisation's Mollie account; per truck you see exactly what was sold, what you still owe, and you can withhold a commission percentage if you like. Built for food festivals, events with multiple stalls, markets and food courts that want to get rid of the till queue.

## From order to pickup window

1. 1 The visitor opens the menu on their phone and builds the order
2. 2 After paying with iDEAL | Wero they get an order number and a live status page
3. 3 The kitchen works the chain on the kitchen display: ordered → preparing → ready
4. 4 At pickup the crew scans the QR — only orders marked ready are handed over
5. 5 The organiser sees revenue per truck and settles the payout in one click

 Flat fee €0.35 per paid order 

 From 10,000 €0.28 per paid order 

 From 50,000 €0.21 per paid order 

- At higher volume the fee drops automatically; large volumes on request.
- Free orders are fee-free — never a percentage of your food revenue.

All amounts incl. VAT and excluding the transaction fees Mollie charges — those run directly through your own Mollie account, outside MijnEvent. Every fee is a flat amount per unit and can be tailored per organisation.

## How do visitors order at a food truck?

## Does every operator get access to my admin area?

  No. You invite the vendor by email and they manage their own orders, menu availability and register in their own mobile portal — without access to your admin area.
