At events, active members automatically get the member price — no discount codes to email around, the checkout recognises the membership. Renewals, reminders and failed collections are handled for you, and one overview shows what comes in each month, who is a member, who cancelled and when the next collection falls due. Membership fees land directly in the club's or organisation's own account via Mollie. Built for sports clubs, associations, museums, theatres, zoos and anyone with recurring visitors or members. No separate tools to stitch together. Frequently asked questions ## Frequently asked questions ## How do members pay their fees? Recurring per month, season or year by direct debit mandate. Renewals, reminders and failed collections are handled for you, and fees land directly in the club's own account via Mollie. ## What if a collection fails? Nothing grinds to a halt: the member automatically receives a payment request by mail, and that payment puts the mandate right again for the next period. Failed collections are fee-free, and your overview shows exactly who still has something outstanding. ## How does a member cancel? Through the link in their own mail — no account and no phone call to the board. After the first renewal a membership can be cancelled monthly with at most one month's notice, as Dutch renewal law requires; you may shorten that term, never lengthen it. Whatever was already paid for the remaining period is calculated pro rata. ## Can I see what is coming in? Yes. The membership fee overview shows what is running per month and per year, what has actually been collected this year, which collections are due, who cancelled and where a payment is overdue. ## What is the membership card? The wallet pass on the member's phone doubles as the membership card with QR access at events and venues. At the door the card scans repeatedly for as long as the membership is valid. ## Do members get a discount at my events? Yes. Active members automatically get the member price in the ticket checkout — no discount codes to email around, the checkout recognises the membership. ## What does the memberships module cost? A year licence of €99 plus €0.25 per collected billing period. Free and trial memberships and failed collections stay fee-free.
