You publish rental items with an availability calendar: customers pick a day, part of a day or time slot themselves, pay with iDEAL | Wero and receive a QR booking confirmation with a wallet pass. Deposits are handled without hassle — paid online with the booking and refunded in one click after return. Seasonal pricing, weekend rates, extras such as helmets or child seats and your own rental agreement with an explicit consent checkbox are all built in. The money from every booking lands directly in your own Mollie account, with no platform wallet and no waiting period. Built for marinas, campsites, rental companies, sports venues and anyone who rents out per time slot next to running events. Same foundation ## Everything on one account and one dashboard Every module runs on the same backbone as your ticket sales: payments through your own Mollie account with direct payouts, one customer base, one dashboard, passwordless login and WCAG AA accessibility. No separate tools to stitch together. Frequently asked questions ## Frequently asked questions ## How do deposits work for rentals? The renter pays the deposit online on top of the rental price, as a separate line. After return you refund it in one click via a Mollie refund; on damage you can withhold all or part with a mandatory reason. MijnEvent charges no fee on the deposit. ## What does the rentals module cost? A year licence of €149 plus €0.50 per paid booking. Deposits and free bookings are always fee-free. ## What happens when a customer cancels? You set cancellation tiers per rental item — for example everything back up to 48 hours ahead, half after that. On a cancellation the system applies the tier and refunds through Mollie; you can deliberately deviate case by case. The deposit follows its own arrangement and service fees are non-refundable. ## Can I enter a booking myself? Yes. A customer who calls or walks in goes straight into the schedule from the occupancy calendar, with or without payment attached. Double bookings stay impossible; opening hours and minimum duration are deliberately relaxed for such a manual booking, because you know what is possible. ## Where does the booking money land? Directly in your own Mollie account, with no platform wallet and no payout delay. ## Who is the rentals module for?
